Capital Repair and Replacement
Signature Community Management's Capital and Stabilization department is led by Mike Greenzang. The stabilization department is responsible for all capital construction work both exterior and interior to modernize and reposition the property in its marketplace. Under the direction of Mike, the Regional Stabilization Directors, specify bid and award contracts for capital work. Once these contracts are generated, the Regional Directors supervise all construction work to maintain the highest quality performance by the subcontractors for ownership. The group is constantly analyzing and working to improve property marketability and energy efficiency through the design, build and construction process.

Finance Department
The Signature Community Real Estate Equity and Finance Department is led by senior executives, Steven J. Wissak and Charles Rich. With a combined 30 years of experience in the real estate industry working with major capital providers, the Signature Finance team is skilled at working closely with senior lenders and equity providers to finance every possible type of deal scenario. Regardless of the number of units a project presents, the Finance Team moves quickly to develop the optimal capital structure, and then works tirelessly with lenders and capital providers from around the country to finance and close the transaction. As the economic turbulence of the past few years appears to show no signs of abating, this well seasoned team of professionals is properly positioned with an extensive database of capital providers still active in the many markets around the country. Signature’s finance team believes that this comprehensive knowledge of the lending environment is the foundation for ensuring the successful and timely completion of each project being evaluated. The need for a deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets is crucial to ensuring a real estate company’s ability to navigate the challenges presented in the market; whether it is the re-structuring of the current loan or a complete modification of the capital team, the Signature Finance team stands poised to assist its clients through any situation.
